NASA found that Trampolining builds muscular strength and endurance – both the lower and upper body muscles and your core muscles are worked when trampolining. NASA also found that external work output at equivalent levels of oxygen uptake was significantly greater while trampolining than running. It uses less oxygen and places less demand on the heart.

Trampolining even gets your lymphatic system working – the action of jumping on a trampoline literally squeezes the poisons out of our lymphatic system, helping prevent disease, maintain health and slow down aging.
